Allen Neece, Jr., Esq., Chief Operating Officer


Allen Neece, Jr. is a business, trade association and public policy expert with diverse experience in leading, representing and counseling business organizations. A member of the Bar in Washington, DC and Virginia, he is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School.

Allen was the founding partner of Neece, Cator and Associates, a firm specializing in representing companies and organizations providing financial, venture capital, management and technical assistance to small and emerging businesses. The firm also advised other domestic and international businesses of all sizes.

Allen currently serves as chairman of the Research Institute for Small and Emerging Businesses. Earlier, he served as legislative counsel to the U.S. Senate Small Business Committee and as chairman of the Small Business Legislative Council.

This diverse background has suited Allen for his role as Chief Operating Officer of Turn Key Office Solutions. He understands the need for systems and processes that support the mission of businesses and governmental organizations. But Allen also knows they need the best value for their investment, whether it is time, money, or other resources which translates to improved efficiency and higher profits.

Allen's focus is on strategic and tactical planning. With his ability to see the important details as well as the big picture, he understands the interactions critical to success.
