Susan Kurdziolek, President and CEO


Susan Kurdziolek knows the cost of disorganization. During years of providing management services to law firms and their clients, she saw how a lack of organization could limit a company’s growth or the ability of a firm to represent their clients effectively. She experienced first hand how both types of institutions suffered when crucial documents could not readily be found.

Turn Key Office Solutions is an outgrowth of Susan’s determination that organizations can function more effectively and efficiently if they have in place well-designed records and information management systems. With more than 25 years of counseling public and private sector organizations, Susan brings real-world understanding to meeting her client's informational needs. The payoff is companies save money, or resources are freed up to meet other agency needs.

To improve the operations of large and small businesses, state and federal agencies, professional firms and trade associations, Susan has also designed performance and organizational programs including:

  • Strategic manpower assessments
  • Paper and time management systems
  • Procedure and policy reviews
  • Emergency preparedness
  • Grants oversight and administration
  • Technology training

Early on Susan recognized that good, solid organizational principles could also be applied to getting people together for meetings and conferences. Following many years of experience coupled with taking postgraduate level training in event and meeting planning at George Washington University, Susan now oversees providing logistical support for all aspects of public and private sector conferences and meetings.
