About Us

Turn Key Office Solutions (TKOS) is a small, woman-owned, 8(a) professional services firm located in McLean, VA.  Based on insights developed over more than a decade of strategic meeting, conference, exhibit management, and records and information management services, we have created a proprietary approach for delivering management programs to government agencies.  These systems enable our customers to focus on their mission, achieve their critical goals, and serve their own customers with greater impact and efficiency.  In addition to our SBA 8(a) certification, TKOS is currently on two GSA Schedules—AIMS (Advertising and Integrated Marketing Solutions) and MOBIS (Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services).

Origins

Susan Kurdziolek started TKOS in 1997, and continues to serve as our president and chief executive officer.  In an era of faceless enterprises, Susan has successfully built a business on personal relationships, high performance, and delivery of the “WOW!” factor that exceeds customer expectations.  Because our customers know that Susan is always personally involved, we have a retention rate that few “big” firms can match.  And, this makes TKOS a safe bet for government agencies looking to cut out the risk and the delays associated with the federal procurement process.

Looking Ahead

Building upon our excellent record of past performance and customer satisfaction, TKOS will continue to provide professional services to the government agencies with which we have worked so successfully.  At the same time, we will expand our outreach to additional government agencies so that when opportunities arise, we can serve the needs of government agencies on tight deadlines.  As always, a critical aspect of our overall marketing strategy and corporate philosophy will be teaming with other government contractors to best satisfy the government’s requirements.
