 Mark Schultz, Esq.—Director of Business Development Mark brings to TKOS and its customers more than 20 years of progressive, senior-level experience within the public and private sectors. He has owned and operated his own successful consulting firm since 1992, specializing in organizational management, meeting, event, tradeshow, and logistical support services, and business development. Mark has planned and hosted many well-attended signature events on behalf of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Professional Services Council, National Association of Workforce Boards, The White House Conference on Small Business, and Washington, DC-based Covenant House. In addition, he has considerable experience working as a federal procurement policy specialist and small-business advocate. Mark also has a highly-successful track record in identifying and capturing new business opportunities for his clientele. A graduate of Harvard University and Georgetown Law School, Mark is a member of the bars in Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and Florida. Ben Zingman—Marketing and Communications ConsultantA successful marketing, issues communications, public relations and crisis communications strategist, writer and manager, Ben has served a wide range of clients over a 30-year career. Using skills and judgment honed at top-tier public relations and marketing communications firms, he assists TKOS with marketing communications, public relations, executive writing services, and media-training. Ben also contributes to TKOS and its customers his expertise in the areas of communications support, web-site development, media relations and strategic positioning, national tradeshow and convention programming, and presentation and speech writing. A graduate of Brooklyn College, Ben earned his Ph.D. in political science at Rutgers University. He is currently a member of the adjunct faculty in public relations at The George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management.
