Susan Kurdziolek—Founder, President, and Chief Executive OfficerSusan provides major meeting, conference, and exhibit management and logistical support for all aspects of event planning and implementation. Susan has led the company from start-up through its maturity by focusing on client needs and making sure TKOS always delivers results. She specializes in developing and strengthening strategic management systems that enable organizations to focus on their mission, achieve critical goals, and serve stakeholders with impact and efficiency. Through years of real-world experience coupled with post-graduate level training in event planning at The George Washington University, Susan provides major conference and meeting planning support for all aspects of private-sector and public-sector events. In addition, she has built TKOS into a recognized leader in records and information management (RIM). Prior to starting TKOS, Susan managed day-to-day operations at lobbying and law firms in Washington, DC. Susan is a member of the American Records Management Association, Professional Services Council, Society of Human Resources Management, Professional Convention Management Association, and the Society of Government Meeting Planners. 
Allen W. Neece, Jr., Esq.—Chief Operating Officer Allen has guided TKOS' continued growth in serving its public-sector customers. Allen is well qualified to perform this role in light of his more than 30 years of experience in leading, representing and counseling diverse customers, clients, and organizations. Allen is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School and a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars. As the founding partner of Neece, Cator, and Associates, Allen represented small and emerging businesses as well as multiple associations whose members provide capital and management assistance to entrepreneurs, including the Association of Small Business Development Centers, National Venture Capital Association, National Small Business Association, National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, National Association of Development Companies, National Association of Economic Development Centers, and the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies. In addition, as the former chair of the Small Business Legislative Council—an umbrella organization of national associations comprising small and emerging businesses—as former chair of the Research Institute for Small & Emerging Business “think tank,” and as former legislative counsel to the United States Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Allen has been immersed in a variety of important federal procurement issues.
