Programs and Projects: Records & Information Management - RIMCenter to Reduce Cancer Health Disparities (CRCHD) Management Systems TKOS was awarded the contract to review current management systems within CRCHD, analyze those systems and their standard operating procedures, and recommend innovative systems that would improve productivity. In addition, we provide technical support to grants, such as performing ad hoc research regarding grant management procedures (e.g., electronic submission of progress reports and various supplements) and making recommendations to the CRCHD leadership for improvements based on those findings, while helping coordinate internal reports of programmatic functions.
TKOS has been successful in putting systems, policies, and procedures in place for their more than 700 grants. We also have provided programmatic and technical support for CRCHD initiatives, studies, and analyses designed to develop and integrate effective interventions to reduce or eliminate cancer health disparities that impact racial, ethnic, elderly, and medically-underserved communities. In addition, we have developed, monitored, and maintained their databases, have assisted CRCHD leadership in responding to federal reporting requirements, and performed testing on program coding types in preparation for code implementation.
