Turn Key Office Solutions Appoints Marilyn F. Mallwitz SVP - Arlington, VA (Feb. 2, 2006) – Turn Key Office Solutions today announced that Department of Defense management specialist, Marilyn F. Mallwitz, has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President, a strategic addition to the firm’s management team. Ms. Mallwitz will manage Turn Key’s contract to help integrate the Department of Defense’s logistics processes with its human capital strategic planning. Sponsored by the Defense Acquisition University and coordinated with the Logistics Function Integrated Project Team, the DOD contract calls on Turn Key to help determine personnel and workforce needs, and how best to organize, manage and utilize the DOD workforce in the year 2015 and beyond. “We are very excited about our work with the Department of Defense,” said Turn Key President and CEO Susan Kurdziolek, “and we are thrilled that Ms. Mallwitz has joined our senior management team. Her prior experience as Assistant Vice President and Deputy Division Manager for SAIC, Director, Defense Programs for ICF Consulting, and more recently as Senior Vice President, Information Services, at CMI Management Inc. will be a great asset to us and DOD.” Ms. Mallwitz also will contribute to Turn Key’s business development activities. Ms. Mallwitz added, “We will help DOD plan for and manage its future workforce to ensure the department’s ongoing mission success. This is a crucial assignment, and Turn Key’s entire team is focused on meeting this goal.” Ms Mallwitz’s career spans several decades of strategic planning and management for DOD. “Beginning with service as the Deputy Chief of the Navy’s Plans, Programs and Analysis Branch, Ms. Mallwitz has demonstrated leadership in a variety of arenas including: acquisition process improvement, international business, technology transfer, defense reinvestment, and reserve component force structure issues,” noted Kurdziolek. “She has great depth of experience in command and control software development, systems integration and the blending of technology and personnel management, a real win-win for Turn Key and our DOD customers.” Author of several technical papers, Ms. Mallwitz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. ###
