Turn Key Office Solutions Expands Network of Senior HR, Logistics and Management
Experts: Dr. Joanne S. Wyman Joins DOD Contract Team
Arlington, VA (April 19, 2006) – Turn Key Office Solutions announced today that Dr. Joanne S. Wyman has joined the firm’s growing team of Defense Department and government experts. She will work with former U.S. Army Quartermaster General Hawthorne “Peet” Proctor, and longtime defense expert Marilyn Mallwitz to fulfill Turn Key’s crucial DOD manpower and logistics contact.
“Dr. Wyman is a tremendous resource with great insight into how federal agencies can improve their organization and management and better fulfill their missions,” explained Turn Key President and CEO Susan Kurdziolek. “We are eager to have her join the Turn Key team that is currently analyzing DOD’s strategic personnel and workforce needs, and developing the best ways to organize, manage, and utilize DOD’s workforce in the year 2015 and beyond.”
Said Dr. Wyman, “Turn Key has brought together an 'A team' of management and human resource experts who can help the Department of Defense, other government agencies, businesses and non-profit organizations anticipate and manage their logistics, manpower and information needs.” She expects her experiences in working with managers at the highest levels of both the public and private sector will “serve DOD and Turn Key in a way that is targeted, cost effective and efficient.”

Dr. Wyman brings to Turn Key’s DOD team substantial business experience learned at those larger organizations, plus a strong entrepreneurial spirit. During a 30 year career in strategic management consulting, Dr. Wyman has held leadership positions in Booz Allen Hamiltion, Versar and several small to mid-sized firms specializing in government service and operations. Her responsibilities have included contract and project management and consulting on a wide range of resource, staff management and environmental issues. She has worked directly with DOD as well as the Departments of Energy and Transportation, the US Environmental Protection Agency, state and local governments, non-governmental organizations and the private sector.
Currently the Director of the Humanitarian and Disaster Relief Logistics Applications Division of SOLE – The International Society of Logistics, Dr. Wyman also is a member of the Clark University Alumni Association’s Executive Board where she chairs the Technology Committee. A past Vice President of the Virginia Environmental Business Council, she earned her Ph.D. in Politics from Brandeis University and both her M.A. and B.A. in International Relations from Clark.
