Turn Key Office Solutions To Develop DOD Logistics Workforce Plan:
Will Analyze Civilian/Uniformed Worker Needs for 2015-2020
Arlington, VA (October 11, 2005) – Turn Key Office Solutions has been selected to help the Department of Defense integrate the transformation of its logistics processes with its human capital strategic planning. Under a new, $3 million contract sponsored by the Defense Acquisition University and coordinated with the Logistics Function Integrated Project Team, Turn Key will help DOD determine personnel and workforce needs, and how best to organize, manage and utilize its workforce for the year 2015 and beyond.

Turn Key will document future logistics workforce functional capabilities, determine the capabilities required by DOD’s logistics leadership, and project future DOD logistics workforce size and needs. The end result will be a comprehensive DOD Logistics Human Capital Strategic Plan that encompasses implementation, milestones and a strong analytical rationale.
